Club Membership

PJC membership runs for 12 months and can be taken out anytime (date) during the year and is currently available to anyone who is 18 or over.

Under 18 membership will be enabled as long as the Club can provide coaches who have been through all the necessary checks and training. Currently the following members have been CRB checked :

Ray Ruzewicz; Alan Shons; Dave Blofield; Trudie Bishop; Dave Byng; Bob Gordon; Patsie Ruzewicz.

To join the Joggers please complete the PJC Membership Form (.doc)/PJC Membership Form (.pdf) and hand it to Bill Scales.

UK Athletics (UKA) Affiliation

UK Athletics (UKA) Affiliation for 2010/11 has now closed, affiliation will reopen in April 2011.

UK Athletics (UKA) Affiliation is £5 for a fixed 12 month timeframe (1st April to 31st March).

What does “UKA Affiliation” mean ?

Well, if you pay the £5 fee, you will be given an official UKA registration number, which will allow you to save £2 for every UKA event you enter, as long as you can confirm your UKA registration number on the official event entry form. This £2 reduction in entry fee is only applicable to UKA events, but does not include “Great Run” events (North / South etc etc).

Basically, if you enter minimum three UKA events in the given year, you get your money’s worth (save £6 versus £5 affiliation fee)
