Training

We meet both during the week and at weekends for social and friendly training sessions. Our club coaches ensure that training will suit your ability and help you achieve your goals.

For our weekday sessions we meet at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday at the Mountbatten Sports Centre in North End Portsmouth - temporary meeting place. These runs range from speed training & stretches, to 10km runs out into the countryside around Portsmouth.

There are also off road groups on a Tuesday and Thursdays and a number of groups run at weekends.
