The league has 18 running clubs who compete in 6 multi-terrain events held between October and March. The Division Champions represent Hampshire at the National Finals in March. There are some 250 runners at each race and a team comprises 5 men and 3 women.

All events are FREE and will be held on Sundays at 11am.

There will be lunch afterwards for £1 where you can socialise with your fellow teammates and see who got the muddiest!

Maps and details of the locations are usually available a fortnight before the race. Copies will be available in the track room.

Den and Gill will be acting as managers with Sandra and Eric as running captains. All runners are welcome, for further information please speak with Den, Gill, San or Eric.
