A 9 week programme to take you from novice to being able to run continuously for 30 minutes and complete a 5k run at the end of week 9. Anyone interested should register their interest by contacting c25k@pjc.org.uk The next course starts on Tuesday 17th January 2023 and runs through to Saturday 17th March 2023.
